Ford Focus Fobs
The third job of today was this Ford Focus 2015 spare fob job.
Spare key fobs like this are our bread and butter but for some reason 3 other local key programmers struggled to complete this job???
Step forward Mr Keys of Conisbrough
To be fair we did have to clear off several fault codes from the engine management system and then try 5 different key programming machines which is sometimes the case.
But that's exactly why we have several car key programming tools, because 1 or 2 programmers will not always do the job.
Total time the customer spent with us was still 25 minutes, if this man had gone to a dealer they would have taken his car for 2-3 days and charged him over 2 and a half times what we did.
Total cost on this occasion was £140 Date 02-12-2025
